First Time Signup
To use the full features of the new SIA website, you need to be logged in as a current member. To login for the first time follow these steps:
- Confirm the primary email address used for your SIA membership, this will be the default username for your account.
- Visit the password reset page here.
- Use your email address to reset your password, you’ll receive an email at this address to follow the steps and create a new password.
- After setting a new password, you will be able to login to the site here.
- Note that unless your email address has been approved as a current SIA member, full site functionality will not be available. For any questions about this, please contact us on the form below.
- If you would like to use a different email address to access the SIA site, register as a new member using your preferred account on this page. After registering, please contact SIA on the form below for further instructions.
Update Wholesaler Records
For SIA wholesale members, your business can be listed on the Find A Wholesaler page to help retailers find you by business name or by brands you deal in.
If you are approved as a SIA wholesaler, you can submit your business listing using the following instructions:
- Login to the account approved as a SIA wholesaler here.
- Visit the Wholesaler Directory Update page here and complete the form.
- The listing details will now be available on the Find A Wholesaler page and searchable for other SIA members.
- To update these details in future, resubmit the form or contact us directly to request a manual change in your information.
Update Retailer Records
If you are a SIA retail member, your business will be listed on the find a retailer page. Please perform a search for your own business and ensure the listing details are up to date.
If you would like to update the listing details, you can request an update with the form on this page.
Please note that you must be logged in as a current SIA member to request an update to your listing.

Renew Wholesaler Membership
Before renewal, you must have an active account on the SIA website and be logged in. See sign up instructions here.
Once you have an account, the SIA team must approve you as a wholesaler before you can pay and renew your membership.

Tradeshow: Retailer Registration
To register for the Tradeshow you need to use the account you’ve used to sign up and access the membership features of this site. Instructions here.
Follow the steps below:
- Sign in to your SIA member account
- Pay for your current season retailer membership here.
- Register tickets for you and your staff to attend the Tradeshow here. Digital tickets will be emailed to you and your staff automatically.
- Your tickets will also be used as your name badge, please print these (be conscious of printing dimensions) and bring them to the Tradeshow to go with the supplied lanyards.
